And this hints at their problems, talking about a new service they provide:
"We are very conscious that an online purchase must not be overly onerous on customers.* We do not require customers to open an account with us;
* We do not require customers to scan or fax documents;
* We do not require customers to wait for a special "random" charge to appear on their credit card statement;
* Your customers never leave your site.Our technologies and methods come to a conclusion without discouraging your customers from their intention to buy at your site."
I expect they also had considerable problems with chargebacks as well.
