Having read about a product on this forum (MouseRugs)I signed up as an affiliate.
I recently recieved an enquiry from a retailer that wanted to buy wholesale. On contacting the company in question I was told 'We have discontinued many years ago the Affiliate Program'-
Well, I have been sending customers to them for all these years (actually less than 3) without knowing about the discontinued state of affairs.
I feel ripped off! I have recieved zero commission to date!
Does anyone know if the company have some obligation to advise me as to the termination of their contract and to pay me commissions owing or do I just have to swallow.
I am somewhat p&%$·d about this, as you can imagine.......
