The outages seem to be increasing in frequency. Or is it just me?

PayPal has been touting their "coming ... a new look to PayPal" for some time now. Users have had the opportunity to "try out" and/or switch to the "new look".

I know that at one point some of the MasterCard transactions were in a loop in Europe for a few minutes. Unfortunately things happen from time to time - usually the companies try to do these upgrades during the middle of the night just in case

It should be down.

I got an email this week about a client payment from FOUR years ago. What it looks like is that they generated and sent him a payment invoice from four years ago, and the guy had to send a cancellation for the payment request. He isn't even using that site any more, he took it off line about 2 years ago.
