Euroconex (or now Elavon) site reviews - what are they looking for?

Hi all,

I'm working on opening a merchant account with Euroconex/Elavon and they will be doing a review of my online store (UK-only site) before giving a merchant account (which is obviously fair enough) - any idea what they will be looking for and what I might need to do to ensure the site is up to their standards?

Thanks in advance.

I was passed the following info when I was dealing with Euroconnex:

The company name to be displayed on the website

Clear posting of the Customer Service telephone number or e-mail address

Refund and return policy

Delivery methods and timing

Privacy policy

Listing of products with pricing stated in the merchant settlement currency

Website order page is secure

The domain is registered to the merchant

How are you finding dealing with them? We had to set up something with them that they had never done before and it took a long time to sort out. Having said that, we don't seem to have had any problems so far, which is good for a new system.
I think that things would have been much quicker if it was a simple online merchant account.

I haven't dealt with them much yet, just waiting for the initial application form. On the phone they warned me about the audit which is what prompted me to ask on here. I'm hoping they are going to be straightforward. I'm planning on using protx with them which is a common combination so fingers crossed it'll go smoothly.

I am sure it will go very smoothly. If we could have used Protx or something similar, then we would not have had half the problems we experienced.
