We just discovered another site copied our ebook almost ver batim. They even promote the book with almost the same exact words. The book is copyrighted. Is there anything we can do?

Take a look at [webmasterworld.com...] - I had the same problem, only it was images instead of written content. But the copyright laws apply equally.
Get the hosting provider involved and the situation will probably be resolved pretty quickly.
