Opinion on Credit Card Processing & Merchant Account Providers

About CC processors (payment gateways) and merchant account providers

Hi All,

I am creating an online store for my company's website and I am still in the process of selecting a credit card processing (payment gateway) and merchant account provider.

We are not US based so we need someone who will accept non-US merchants. We have offers from
1. Safecharge
2. USMS
3. WorldPay

I would like opinions from people who have had done experience with them. I welcome recommendations on other providers.

What region are you based in? If you are in the EU there are many good merchant account providers. Is your business considered "high-risk" (e.g. adult, pharmacy) -- what type of product/service are you selling?

We are in India and we sell our own software products online.

I forgot - nothing high risk or shady like an online pharmacy

If you're based in India have you had a look at CCAvenue? That aside, from your list I have a colleague who is a fairly large Safecharge client and tells me they are one of the best.
