I remember this company that provided a phone system setup that was very professional. The guy was a 1-man operation but he had this VOIP phone setup that allowed him to answer his customers phone, it did things like: nice introduction when you call, press 1 for sales, 2 for support, etc.
He could also hire outside help, and he could actually listen/tape all incoming calls his hired help did.
Any ideas on companies that do this?
