Mapping CC charges with your bank

Hi,

What are the steps that you guys take to ensure the money you charged yoru customers actually was deposited into your account?

Any tricks of the trade?

Um, matching the deposits 1-2 business days after each batch processes (sometimes 3 days for AMEX & Discover).

I put all the deposits/withdrawls in QuickBooks, so it's easy to match against the monthly statements from each CC as well.
