I see the writing on the wall and know now that I need to sell my own products and make my own web sites to sell the products.. I've been very successful at selling other people's stuff as an affiliate, but it is becoming too difficult these days due to what I feel is discrimination by the major SE companies (particularly Google). I've imported some widgets and plan to sell them using

1. PPC
2. Ebay
3. Comparison Shopping Sites

Natural search will come in the future, but I can't count on that just yet..

What are you guys using besides these three things to sell your products?

How a portal decides that a deal has been concluded through its site and should be charged for that? In past I tried to sell a conference table (used) through one agency site like eBay. The table never sold, but after a while I received one ‘commission’ bill. I had to argue & correspond a lot before I got waiver on the bill.
This made me refrain from using this mean, though otherwise it can do a lot for my economy in present situation. May be I am over cautious and everything is fair and user friendly and all I may have to do is to check and follow few routines. I can use some guidance in the matter.
