When do people order?

Weekends, weekdays, day, night?

A couple questions here:

1) Do you notice any trends about what time of day people order? Morning, afternoon, evening - and during the week or on the weekends?

2) When you convert traffic from PPC engines, if somebody is going to convert - do you notice that they make the order shortly after hitting your site, or do they order later in the day or the next day?

The World Wide Web means exactly that. People all the way around the globe in
different time zones can order at random times day or night.

If your talking about your local time zone it could be after work or any time on the weekends. It can can also vary due to your product. Is it an impulse item or an purchase that takes some thought?

The best way to find out is put your site out there and chart your on response...KF

Having looked at the data from the whole of this year so far, our trends show some interesting info.

The time most people place orders on our site is on Sunday evenings and Mondays, with the lowest point for traffic/orders being on a Saturday.

We are in the UK, and aim primarily at a UK target audience.
