Has anyone developed a system for going over titles, descriptions, categories, sub-categories, images, etc. of your products? I feel like they need some type of management and going over, but I'm not sure about the best way to approach this.

That is our biggest single problem I think. We don't have but around 3000 items, but many can fit multitple categories and descriptions.

Images and not much of a problem, but descriptions and prices are.

I'm not sure what you mean by "go over." If your site has a method of exporting a feed for froogle/google products, or exporting the data tab-delimited, you could import that into Excel/Access and work it there, then re-upload it to the site. (?)

It just seems like the areas I listed above should be updated periodically. I could update a certain number per day, but I never seem to do it. :) Just wanted to get some feedback from you guys on this.
