International customers seem very sensitive to shipping cost, more than domestic customers I would guess. Along with Air Mail Parcel Post, I started offering Air Mail Letter Post rates and international sales have been growing in the last few days.

How do you track your air postal parcels? We stick with Air Mail Parcel Post so we can insure them and therefore track them eventually. I am under the impression that Air Mail Letter Rate is not insurable.

Packages are not insured unless the service like Global Express EMS or UPS/FedEx comes with it. I think we can do this because most of the items we sell are under $50 USD. Most customers are honest. If s/he says the package was not delivered, I send them another one. Any profit loss from this is recouped by slightly padding the shipping price.
