Shopping feed sites (froogle, shopzilla, etc)

Do they give you business?

I'm considering buying a tool to export my product list from x-cart (2500 products) into feeds made for each of the large shopping feed sites like froogle, shopzilla, shopping.com, etc.

Before I do that, I just wanted to ask your opinion on whether it is worth it or not. Do you actually receive any business from these sites?

Also, have you noticed that being listed in these sites help your SE rankings or indexing?
