Currently I'm running a herbal site and an affiliate program via Share-A-Sale. I have more then 800 affiliates. But not generating too much sale. What I would like to know is what techniques should I use? How can I increase sale from affiliate?

Sounds like you need to devote more time to finding quality affiliates.
In my experience, a very small percentage of total affiliate account for about 90% of the revenue generated from the program as a whole.
