Accepting payments in 2 countries (same website)

Whats the best way to set this up?

I'm setting up a website that will be selling one product only.

I want the payment to be made on-site, but the payment to go to directly to an account in either UK or Australia, depending on where the customer is located.

Whats the best way to set this up? Is there cart software that will accommodate this?

y dont u code it in such a way it is redirected based on options

I have done it in my website segregating payments for 3 payment gateways
