We are in the US and just received an order for a large amount of a single product. We usually sell maybe 3-4 of this product per order max. This one was for 70 of them. We have had large orders from retailers before, who I guess can get items from us cheaper than they can get it from their distributers, but what's raising flags for us on this one is that the purchaser is in Mexico.

Has anyone had any fraud experience with Mexico? This person approached us by email and we have yet to discuss payment options. What's the best way for us to make sure we don't get ripped off? Thanks.

We typically require a wire transfer for any out of country order over $100 for tangible goods. Things like web hosting accounts, not a big deal, if the card gets a fraud chargeback the account goes >POOF!< instantly.

If they really want it, they will transfer the money.

If your unhappy with an order bang it out. Its way to risky just to see if its fraud or not and send the items.
