Protx Update

Protx having trouble with their update?

Protx have updated their system today but it whilst it was working this morning when i double checked my adjustments it was running very slow, now i'm not getting any response off the live server. and it's spitting connection errors at me.

Is anyone else having trouble?

Looks like they've got major trouble, from the protx site:

VSP System Upgrade
01 August 2007 09:47:45 - We regret to inform you that no transactions can currently be processed through the Live payment gateway while we perform urgent and essential maintenance work.

This was not forseen and we, again, apologise for the disruption to services

Yes there has been a major problem with their update today, but it should all be sorted out by now.

This happens unfortunately from time to time. Changes go in but sometimes things happen and they have to rollback the changes.

They probably had to make a few changes since it was the start of a new month. Hopefully they know where the problem was and they can push the new changes again soon
