I'm considering shipping an order with a value of about 100 GBP to someone in Mexico. The items would go with FedEx in a 25kg FedEx box and are domestic items in free circulation within the EU (made in France).

I've no experience of Mexican customs.

If you ship any goods anywhere with a courier company, you can best be assured that the parcel will be inspected by customs and possibly taxed. Most countries have a minimum value below which import duties will not be charged. For Brazil it is somwhere around $25 but I am not sure about Mexico.
