International Order Fulfillment

My store is located outside USA, but the majority (about 70%) of my customers come from the US. I was hoping to use US based e commerce order fulfillment companies to save my time in packing and shipping. I tried the website vendorseek but it only works for US retailers. Could someone here suggest some good companies? For me, budget is the number #1 thing to consider.

Now I send small parcels to customers in USA. The value of most of the parcels are less than US$200, so my customers don't pay duty. If I ship my items in bulk to the order fulfillment company, how do I declare the value? Should it be the same as my store retail value or is it up to me? or I should declare the value to be the same as how much I got them for from wholesalers?

Also I am not sure about the sale taxes. Since the order fulfillment company is located in USA, should my US customers pay the US state tax when buying from my online store? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

We don't use UPS for our international shipments. FedEx International is who we use. Of course, we ship from U.S. out to other countries. FedEx has great online tools to help you calculate freight, duties, VAT etc.

But one thing we have learned and put into our online documentation is that any order shipping outside the US will have to be pre-paid via wire transfer....And anyone with an international shipping address but a U.S. credit card, will still have to do a wire transfer.

we use e-fulfillment in the the US and are very happy with them. As for your taxes question you only have to charge sales tax if your company is located in the same state of the customer. I don't believe fulfillment centers apply.

If you are a company outside the US you do not have to pay state taxes because you are not in a state.
