The monthly service price for Website Payments Pro and Virtual Terminal will increase from $20 to $30 per month.
Transaction prices will remain at $0.30 per captured transaction, but a $0.30 fee will now also be assessed on all successful authorizations that have not been captured within 29 days.
Virtual Terminal transactions will cost between 2.4% and 3.1% depending on your processing volume.

It was a matter of time since Paypal is providing the same rate regardless of the card being used. I'm sure the Discover and AmEx rates was not helping their bottom line. Paypal can keep their rates the same for their main service since there is only a one-time fee of adding to your Paypal balance via credit card. Then any time you pay someone else from your Paypal balance it's all profit for Paypal.
