I'm trying to find a solution for a customer who wants an ecommerce site they can run online, while entering orders and printing invoices for offline customers, ie walk in retail, phone sales and wholesaler orders.

At the moment, its all manual, no stock control or product database. So I can start from scratch. There will be a broadband connection and only one database. Online orders will go to secure checkout while offline will just print an invoice or cash sale docket.

Any ideas for an off the shelf cart that comes anywhere near this?

Thanks.

Are you looking for an ASP or PHP solution? And it seems you might be looking for the solution to be internet based but fairly cheap as well? Or do they want two different systems?

I'd prefer ASP so I can do the database in Access, but PHP is ok. Fairly cheap would be nice. I really want one system that does the online and offline together. That is the only way I can see to keep the inventory in synch.

I have been doing a little searching for just such a program and M.O.M or Mainstreet seem to fit the bill.
