With the exception of the obvious Internet and Computer - what single tool or piece of software would cause your Ecommerce operation to crumble if you didn't have it?

A good printer I started with a small multifunction laser printer which I still used but have moved up to a workhorse LaserJet 5SI which I was able to get for $20. Watch for old printers from offices - universities or off lease printers. The older the printer, the bigger the toner cartridge.
Try to get a network capable laser printer for which the copies are cheap.
They will be producing invoices, lables and envelopes.

My Blackberry, im not a techno wizard but I couldnt live without it now. All of my reports, sales get passed instantly to this, I also receive customer call on it.
Oh and I use it as an alarm clock

If I had to pick one item it would be order managing software. It makes hours of work turn to a 5 minute job.
