Hello,

I have been experiencing poor amazon sales on my website. However i would not like to totally tank them as they do have the occassional good item that sells. What i would like to do is to pick
20 different items but rotate them.

This means that the code would just pick an item at random and rotate it accross my website, so a cap, a tshirt, a bed etc would load each time someone opens the page and not the same each time.

Does anyone know of a free ad rotating script that can hold amazon product link codes.
Thanks guys

Check out some of the options in the Build Links area at Amazon. I don't know of any options that let you pick out 20 specific products to rotate, but if you choose the right categories and/or make your keywords narrow enough, you could get close.

If you haven't yet, try posting the question in the associates' forum. You might get some creative suggestions there.

Generally, speaking, the more specific you can be with amazon product links the better conversion you'll have. But, of course, YMMV.

The requirement sounds like a pretty routine bit of scripting. There are loads of free scripts around that present one of a set of quotations or images at random, its just an extension of that.

If you have an aStore then there is an option that presents a box with a random selection from the home page. I am trialling this at the moment but it is not having any effect on sales.

I use the free script openads. I have just set up about 5 products from amazon and a few from other affiliate programs.
