Using Videos to Boost Conversion and Sales

Anyone here currently using videos to boost their sales in their ecommerce sites -- e.g. product demonstrations, etc? Just wondering how the smaller guys are doing it. I go see HomeDepot, Lowes and other big sites that use videos and I am wondering if any small businesses use it.

And if you use it, what tips can you offer in terms of how to get it done?

Hey guys,

I'm using YouTube to try and boost sales. There's companies charging a ton to do what is already free.

The zen cart setup and videos which I embedded into the page are new so I can't say if they will increase sales. Though I think they should, I just need more time to see what happens.

The videos really bring the product to life - nice work! Must lead to a increase in conversion, and a great advantage over other sites without videos.

May I ask what camera/software you used?
