Logged into the admin I've looked at Edit Store: Store Name Here > Customer Fields, and I DO have the drop down menu next to 'Billing Information:' set to 'Optional', but customers are still required to fill in the same information again after they've filled in ship to info. Customers are complaining and canceling orders.
We can't 'hide' the billing info because in the summer and winter we do have customers that buy gifts for someone else.
Shouldn't there be a box for our customers to check if the billing info is the same as shipping, allowing them to proceed with checkout or account sign up without filling in billing info it's the same? On that section of our shipping cart on our web page, it does say "Bill To (If Different):", yet it requires you to fill it in again.
Any suggestions?
