Still down message 3004. UK
Pain in the rear, it's bad enough when they ask you to
jump through the hoops for the £4500 mark. Wonder if has anything to do with the reorganization jobbie tomorrow?

From the dev site:

"I was told that they are having an issue with their Phoenix server farm and are switching to the Denver server farm."

We are currently performing weekly maintenance on the PayPal website and it is temporarily unavailable. We estimate that it will be available at approximately 11:30 AM PDT.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

That's the notice you get when you try to subscribe to WebmasterWorld.

Don't they usually give warning?

The term, "currently performing weekly maintenance" sounds much better than, "Oops, who changed the server password?"
