Hello,

I'm going to be building my first e-commerce site and I was thinking of going with cartweaver ColdFusion. I was wondering if anyone had any opinions on this product.

Thank you for your help.

Welcome to WebmasterWorld!

My opinion is more on ColdFusion than on that particular product. I personally don't like ColdFusion. It's a resource hog and very sluggish - not to mention that it's not readily available at most web hosts because the server package is an expensive product. PHP can be had for much less if not free (depending upon distribution package).

Ya, take a look at the PHP version and see if it will do what you want. PHP distribution is far better than CF.
