You might not believe the frustrations I've had trying to find a software solution for my business.
I'm a small-time business owner who opertes a number of websites and on ebusiness in particular is a retail company where I work as an intermediary between a factory and my wholesale clients.
I need a software solution to create invoices and purchase orders but i've not found one program that will do what I need effectively.
My corporation is registerd in the US so it uses $US as base currency however for my export business I deal exclusively in Thai Baht.
I have 5 different prices depending on what status my client has (e.g. small client > large client) and I like to present invoices and sales orders in both PDF and excel.
So far I'v discovered:
AccountEdge, Quickbooks & MS Accounting Pro: Whilst each allow multi-currency, not one will let me use Thai Baht for my inventory list. They insist on using $US
I must use THB for this export business as I am billed in THB by the factory and by the shiping company. I can't however change my base currency jsut to Baht because I have other businesses which use USD when accepting money from PayPal.
Is there any software out there that can help me? I'm getting fed up of researching software, obtaining a trial, configuring it and then realizing it's useless.
I on't have a large budget for this ($500 max) and might end up paying for a custom php application just for the export busniess but it seems like a waste as surely other wholesalers have similar needs to mine.
