Is it in this day and age to start a website primarily using drop shippers and still make money? There are soooooooo many stores online as it is. Any help would be appreciated

I am thinking of starting a store online...what tips can anyone give me to help it succeed

I've always thought that the best place to open a shoe shop is in a street full of shoe shops.

The simple problem with drop shi**ers, is that they have many other customers, and at least one of them (usually more) is willing to cut their own throat with suicidal profit margins.

This means you can only really compete by matching those prices - or having an exceptionally good site, good enough for people to love so much that price ceases to be an issue (really).

In practice, if 5000 sites use one dropsh**er, only one site will make a healthy profit. The dropshi**er.

Getting right down to the root question, sure is it possible to make money with an online store.

Is it easy?, it can be. But not as easy as it was 5-6 years ago. There is a lot more strong competition these days

Can you make a handsome profit and look forward to assuming your role among the internet's retail millionaires? Possibly, but probably not. Those days are for the most part long gone, but exception do happen.

Best Advice, don't quit your day job until after you have made enough to cover your personal monthly bills for at least six months.
