Tracing a malicious buyer

hi,

i operate a ekm powershop offering payment by CC, PO & cheque.

over the past 2 wks or so the same person (using cheque payment)has, on a daily basis been 'clearing out' certain categories in my shop causing my products to show 'sold out'.

a lot of my customers pay by po/cheque so i don't want to remove this option & also my inventory control.

is there anyway that i can trace this cowboy - seems like a compeditor?

If you know it's the same person, then I assume you know that because they are coming from the same IP address, have the same email address, the same checking account #, etc. Whatever is common/unique to all the orders, block that from placing an order.

I belive ekmpoweshop is hosted solution, so you are unlikely to have that much control over this yourself - suggest you raise this with ekm directly?
