Is there any database/ready made solution for this kind of website?
Im only talking about the database and not the chat software itself as that is already taken care of.
The customers are purchasing tokens and then get charged for the time they are talking.
Anyone know something about this?

Of course, there are ready database solutions: starting from MySQL and ending with Oracle.
