Shopping Cart with ability to upload files

Need to allow customers to upload files during checkout process

Hi everyone, first-time poster here. I'm working on an e-commerce Web site for a client of mine. It's just a small, simple HTML site, but we need to integrate a little bit of e-commerce. With out getting into too much detail, he's a specialty printer and needs to have a long form of options such as paper stock, size, color, etc. I don't think this will be a problem with most shopping cart systems, but what I can't find is a system that then allows a customer to upload a PDF to be printed. Does anyone know of a good system that can handle that function?

I had to do something similar for a small local magazine to accept advertising. As the solution had to be low budget and the range of prices was limited I ended up with a simple email form that then took the visitor to a landing page at Nochex to process the payment.
