Best report I've ever seen on commerce fraud by MSNBC's Chis Hansen (the child sex predator reporter)

Two part TV report that aired in late March and early April:

Dateline puts GPS in shipments to Africa and tracks down dupes and cons in the U.S. and overseas.

That right there is a good reason to make sure the avs section is on and make sure you only ship to the billing address.

Link shows MSNBC's Chris Hansen delivering packages to Innocent dupes in Anytown USA for transshipment to Africa. (there is a brief commercial before that segment begins)

By the way, we ship to non-billing addresses with few problems. About 15% of our business is done that way. Rare fraud attempts almost always stand out from real orders.
