As a non chinese, I would look to China maybe for travel related info. Info. abt. heritage /ancient sites/ History? (but info. sites may not really pay much and ad targetting may be difficult).
How abt. checking which sectors of the Chinese economy are currently hot? Who is going online? Hotel bookings? Air Bookings? Books? Vacations? Marriage sites? . Try writing reviews and giving your views. Try Tapping the local Chinese market for the Chinese surfer. You may make better money.
Just some random thoughts.
I admit it's difficult to find the perfect answer here, for I know myself better,I just want to find some idea from non chinese,so it'll help me to make decision.
I did think about info sites about China, but your opinion from ad aspect let me to think it over.I think your concern is correct.
I'm also thinking about targetting local market,I admit finding some sector which is hot and I have some interest will help me a lot.
Thanks for your advice.

So, something you could sell to Americans would be anything really cheap. Just up the quantity to get it to a decent price point (don't sell 1 of something for $1, sell 50 for $50). Examples would be things like toys (kazoos, harmonicas, puzzles) and housewares (forks, glasses, placemats). Just be honest in your descriptions of the products (call it junk, but inexpensive junk) and people will still buy it because it is a bargain.
I think my thought isn't mature,so if possible,I'm looking forward to your precious opinion for the chance of web shop from individual as me.
Can you give me some hint thawhich kind of sites from China will attract you or some others
Perhaps something travel related or something unique to China and/or China is famous for.
An example of both could be a site about where english speakers can learn martial arts i.e. Kung Fu Monasteries.
You can visit the sites personally (in theory, I realize China is huge), photograph them, give directions, interview teachers, provide contact info etc.
You could begin by having only ads and then possibly branch out into selling translated training manuals/guides (in ebook and/or print format) and eventually training gear such as the nunchaku, clothes and more.
Another idea is "Ming" porceline, you can visite the place where the porceline clay is prepared, interview people who have made items out of it for generations.
Yet another is chinease art, where can I f.eks. go to learn chinease callygraphy or painting in the chinease style. Or Tai Chi, or chinease cooking and lets not forget the panda bear. ;)
