We have used all the big banks and about 1 year ago switched to a smaller, business focused bank. The personal attention makes all the difference in the world to our business.
Just my humble opinion...

Most banks actually outsource the processing to a Merchant Account Provider. Chase does actually have a partnership with First Data to provide merchant account processing.
Since you did repeat US a couple of times, are you based in the United States? -Corey

Yes, I am based in the US, I am with Cardservice right now, but I want to switch to bank, because the fees are better and also the monthly sales volume is much more friendly.

Usually authorizenet.com charges you $.10-$.15 per transaction on top of what the MAP will be charging you and auth.net also charge you $20-$25 a month to use their recurring billing module if needed.
LinkPoint does not. If your volume is high, you can always go back to your agent & ask for a lower discount rate as well
