Any package with Eshop+warehouse+purchase order

I have a site which is custom built a few years ago to handle orders from web as well as phone/email.

It has an e-store (1000+ items/20 categories) together with multi-user backend logistic functions such as inventory management, purchase order to supplier, shipping information.

However it is a bit old and difficult to maintain, so now we want to replace it with a new system. Ideally it is a system which has all the above functions, while still allow us to customize it where necessary.

Any one has suggestions?
