no human help available in paypal

i have never been able to get a human being to help me with a simple technical problem in paypal. the result is I cannot make payments with paypal.
now I cannot make payments to skypeout. It is a pity the service was quite good.
I do not understand arrogant companies that think that they can do without human help being available to users. they are bound to fail in the long run.
if anyone knows how to get human help on paypal please let me know

Did you call them? I have needed to call Paypal in the past and I was able to speak with someone.

I've never had a problem talking to them on the telephone either.

At the bottom of *every* PayPal web page, there's a Contact Us link, containing info about their Customer Service Center, with their hours and phone number. They are open every day.

I've never had an issue getting a live person.
