eCommerce cart capable of handling drop shipping

I am lookig at setting up a ecommerce site utilizing drop shipping from three or four different dropshippers. My question is which ecommerce carts are available to handle multiple dropshippers. I am not looking for Free solutions and I am not looking to use a service at a monthly rate. I would like to find a solution where I get the source code and can install on my own hosting. While I am not looking for "Free" solutions I am looking for something reasonably priced and not going to break the bank. :)

I know there is "Intershipper" company that provide shipping and quote rates from FedEx, USPS and DHL. It is quite well-known and there is a list of certified integrations at their site.

I checked out "Intershipper" but it looks like that company provides software only to check out shipping rates. I'm trying to find out what is a good eCommerce shopping cart for dropshipping.
