Hi everyone, I've been trying to get my site started but I'm having a hard time getting a credit card processor. If anyone could give me a suggestion as to what company I should use for a processor, that would be great. What I'm basically looking for in a processor is one that accepts adult products, low or no sign up fees, and low transaction fees (below 10% would be great). Other info you might need is our location which is in Canada.
Thanks,
Marc

worldpay will let you sell toys and lingerie etc but they get funny with DVDs - if you sell adult DVDs within a larger range of DVDs then it's often ok, but if you only sell super triple X hardcore and nothing else then it's not

there are rules / guidelines about websites - so long as you keep it decent and tasteful it should be ok - triple X style is a no-no

and don't expect any merchant provider to be keen - the market is flooded with small sites selling this stuff - too much competition means a lot of failures

Canada, it is bit a more difficult unfortunately because there are less acquiring banks. Paypal will do some adult on a case by case basis. ECS World is another company that might support you

Otherwise, check out some adult message boards that might be able to help you out some more
