PayPal Payments Pro in France?

Can anyone please tell me if this is possible and where to go on paypal.fr site to find out about it. I've looked but found nothing so far.

I believe Payments Pro is only supported in the US at this time.

It is also available in the UK [paypal.com...] but not in France it seems [paypal.com...]
