Google checkout freezes browser

I've been to a few sites that use Google checkout and I've noticed that my browser freezes on occasion (on actual shopping cart view page).

Has anyone else experienced this? I'm using IE7.

Sure it's not just hanging up waiting for Google Analytics Javascript? I seldom use IE any more, it's at least 2/3 the speed of FF.
