Recently Philippines has been added as one of the country supported by Paypal (When signing up for a paypal account, Philippines has been added to the dropdown list).
Sorry for my newbie question but assuming somebody sent payment to my paypal account, assuming $100, where will I get it, where will I withdraw the money?

You will provide your selected bank account details to Paypal when you sign up and when you have money in your Paypal account you can withdraw it to the selected account.
