Order fulfillment for foreign based company

We are based outside the US and have thousands of retail US customers who buy directly on our website. Although small air mail packages usually arrive, delivery times are very unreliable (mostly 1-4 weeks) and so is online tracking (sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't). Therefore we urgently need an order fulfillment company that can handle imports of the product. Does anyone know of a fulfillment house that has experience in "distributing" a foreign product in the US?

There are a bunch in the Niagara Falls/Buffalo NY area. I am sure that you will find more in Michigan and Washington state as well. Near the Canadian border looking for Canadian operations

Or are you in Europe?

UPS does fulfillment on a large scale basis in their "supply chain" division.
