verisign has been taken by paypal so it doesnt makes any difference if you choose paypal

The company that sniffer mentioned no longer owns the gateway - Paypal does. And that gateway will mainly support US merchants. So you would need a US checking account account, US address, and US phone number to be considered for a US merchant account.

The first company you mentioned benevolent001 is an electronic payment gateway. It is one of the more well known gateways that should be able to help you out.
