Accepting micropayment with sms

Best providers and methods to get paid with sms

Hi all,
I am doing a little research on which providers and methods are best for micropayment via sms of around £1.50.

The first problem I have found is that a single service provider let you accept payment only from some (few) countries.
I still haven't found anyone that can guarantee a decent network coverage, let's say mainland Eu, Uk and Us.

The other thing is that costs are high, in the range of 10% to 25% + £ 0,35 and more for each transaction.

The last issue i'm not happy about is that it seems customer need to register first (ie send sms, receive code, paste into site).
Any chance to skip all that and have the customer to send a single sms to a premium number with let's say the name of the track or a code linked to it?

Anyone with some experience on the subject that found better deals out there?
