Question to google checkout users

Hi,
I know that as a french citizen I can't bill my clients using google checkout yet.

But, can I buy from stores using google checkout? Or is it also restricted to US citizens?

US banks for right now.

Eablish an account in the us and yes you can purchase as long as shipping is added to the cost.

Right now to do real time shipping is an issue because of the time to pull information from ups or fedex to get added into the google account to pay.

I would assume if you did purchase and had a shipping issue you be contacted for the shipping fees.
