Sending detailed order to email, general to PayPal

Any way to split an order form?

I am new to ecommerce and OF COURSE my first client is wildly confusing, so I am in desperate need of your expertise.

She makes custom sweaters for dogs (ahem), and wants her customers to pick a product, enter the dog's measurements and (if applicable) comments or specifications and have all this information sent to her. No problem there.

However, she also wants them to pay using PayPal. I have no problem here as long as I am just sending the product and the price, but the measurements input is where I start to get screwed up.

Is there any way I can blend the 2 forms, where I can have the user-inputted details sent to her and the product sent to PayPal? The only way I can think of right now is having 2 buttons, but that is way too tedious. Any help would be SO GREATLY appreciated! Thanks!
