Need 3rd Party Shopping Cart Recomendations

I would be very grateful if some of you could give us recomendations for 3rd party, or hosted, shopping carts. We do not at this time wish to go the software route.

We are currently using 1ShoppingCart but can no longer put up with them.

We are looking for carts that can handle a variety of shipping options and sales tax options, along with exceptional uptime and security.

Any help would be appreciated.

What we are looking for are hosted shopping carts. Two clients

Just out of interest, why would it have to be a hosted cart?
