I have a customer who has a nice little eComm site. I know this isn't a commercial forum, so I wont try to name or solicit offers - but I'm after some advice on where someone might go to offer a web / ecomm business for sale? ie websites to advertise on or similar.

Would eBay be the best place or are there other types of sites that specialise in sales of eCommm business? They have a reasonable page rank and url history too, so it may be saleable on that alone. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Would think you'd be deluged with scammers if you tried EBAY. I'd contact reputable competitors of the site.

Perhaps contact/become part of an industry association and advertise in a newsletter. In the industry association that we're a part of, people are always selling businesses, high-end equipment, websites, etc. To me, it seems like the best way to find the most qualified buyers.
