yep, looks like they do acept debit cards with vias/mastecard logo.

It depends more on where you - the merchant is located. If you had a merchant account, you could virtually accept any credit card with the particular Bank association (Visa, MasterCard, etc) on it.

Having an electronic payment gateway (LinkPoint, Verisign's Payflow, Authorizenet.com) - can be integrated into your website for a fluid checkout process
